Villa Toscana received the 2019 Time Out Abu Dhabi Restaurant Awards. Tuscany is a gem for those who find comfort in Italian cuisine. The menu changes throughout the year, allowing Chef de Cuisine Rosario Martorana to use seasonal produce. It allows dishes to develop and preserve incredible natural aromas and flavors that deliver the authentic taste of Italy.
The restaurant offers traditional Tuscan-inspired recipes, including Ribollita soup, a popular winter dish that includes cabbage, beans, onions, and carrots. Bord Eau received The Best fine dining and BBC Good Food ME Magazine Awards 2020 and is a favorite of fine French gastronomy. The restaurant offers a beautiful setting in the Shangri-La Hotel, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Grand Mosque. It is a high-end establishment serving contemporary French cuisine and combining fine dining and artistic vision.
