Villa Toscana has received the Time Out Abu Dhabi Restaurant Awards 2019. Toscana is a gem for those who find relief in Italian cuisine. The menu changes throughout the year, allowing Chef de Cuisine Rosario Martorana to use products that are in season. It ensures the dishes develop and preserve incredible natural aromas and flavors that offer an authentic taste of Italy.
The restaurant serves traditional Tuscany-inspired recipes, including Ribollita soup – a popular winter dish with cabbage, beans, onions, and carrots.
