Insider Tips

Go Early or Choose a Weekday: Lines for the slides build quickly once the afternoon crowd arrives, and weekends draw the biggest crowds. Head straight for the rides when you arrive, and pick a weekday if your schedule allows it.
Your Wristband Opens the Locker: Lockers unlock with the QR code on your ticket receipt or your wristband, not a coin or key. Keep it on you for the whole visit.
Wear Water Shoes: The pool decks and slide landings get slippery. Water shoes make moving between attractions easier and safer than bare feet.
Confirm Ride Status at the Door: Not every slide, the lazy river or the hot tub runs on a given day. Check the board near the entrance before you head in, so you know what is open.

Rules:

There is no luggage storage facility at the venue.
Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance.
All participants visiting DreamWorks Water Park must have a wristband to enter or a valid entry stamp. Wristbands and stamps may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue.
Pets are not allowed inside the venue, except service animals with valid identification.

FAQs

Is the park suitable for toddlers and young children?

Yes. Younger children have dedicated areas such as the Penguins Frozen Fun Zone and the Kung Fu Panda Temple of Awesomeness, separate from the larger slides.
What should I wear or bring?

Proper swimwear is required, and towels are not provided, so bring your own or plan to rent one at the venue. Water shoes and a change of clothes make the visit easier, and lockers are available to store your things.
Is there a height or age requirement for rides?

Yes. Each ride has its own height or weight requirement, and children under 14 must be supervised by an adult throughout the visit.
Is the park open year-round?

Yes. The park is fully indoors and climate-controlled, so it operates year-round regardless of the weather outside.
