• Do I need a wristband to access the rides inside Nickelodeon Universe?

  Yes, an All Access Pass wristband is required and must be worn on your wrist to enter rides. Pick it up at the ticket counter outside the park entrance. No wristband, no entry.

• May I leave and re-enter the park without a charge? 

  Re-entry into Nickelodeon Universe is allowed during operating hours at no additional charge to a Guest.

• Are there height requirements or age requirements for rides at Nickelodeon Universe? 

  All rides have posted age and height requirements at the queue entrance. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a supervising adult.

• Can I bring my own food and beverage into Nickelodeon Universe?

  Outside food, drinks, or alcohol are not allowed inside Nickelodeon Universe. Food and beverages purchased within the center are permitted. Light snacks and refreshments are also available for purchase inside the park.

• Does Nickelodeon Universe have a dress code?

  Yes, as a family-friendly park, appropriate attire is required at all times. Shirts and shoes must be worn, and clothing with inappropriate graphics or language is not allowed. Bathing suits are not permitted.

• What items can I bring on the rides?

  Loose articles are not permitted on any rides and should be left with a non-rider or stored in a locker. Nickelodeon Universe is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
