Strollers are not allowed inside the show arena and must leave them at the reception area.
Customers are not allowed to touch the water in the pool or throw any material on it.
Guests are advised to refrain from standing or running behind the barricades around the pool area.
Guests are prohibited from conducting live streaming or broadcasts of the show.
Photography of UAE residents especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.
Littering is a punishable offense and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines.
Smoking inside public areas is not allowed.

Entry & Services:

Please arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the session commences
The entry fee for tourists will be 5 AED (Ticket) and for UAE residents entry fee will be 30 AED (NOL card), this charge is made by Dubai Municipality and is non-negotiable.
Children must be 8 years old and above, and confident swimmers for water activity
Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.
Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.
We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats and sun protection cream.
On Islamic occasions and National holidays there will be no live entertainment.
