  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 am to 07:00 pm.
  • Last entry 06:00 pm.
  • Saturday, Sundays & Bank Holidays: 10:00 am to 08:00 pm.

  • The Gardens will open early from 08:00 am for members everyday except 11 and 26 May.
  • Limited parking facilities are available at the parking gate. No parking fee is charged on motorcycles and mopeds.
  • The venue is wheelchair accessible.
  • You can carry a camera and take pictures.
  • Kew Gardens has 50 wifi spot zones.

Ticket Information:

  • You need to present the Kew Gardens time slot ticket at the entry gate.
  • There is a concession on the ticket prices for visitors with disabilities, and senior citizens over 65 years, as well as people with pension benefits.
  • Carry an ID if you have booked a Kew Garden concession ticket.

  • Route 65 stops close to Lion Gate, Elizabeth Gate and Victoria Gate.
  • Route 110 stops near Kew Gardens station and Elizabeth Gate. 
  • Routes 237 and 267 stop at Kew Bridge station.

By train:

  • Kew Bridge station is 800m from Elizabeth Gate, via Kew Bridge. South West Trains run services from Waterloo, via Vauxhall and Clapham Junction. There is no level access at Kew Bridge.
  • Richmond station has lift and level access. Take 65 bus (in the direction of Ealing Broadway) to Lion or Victoria Gate.
