Entry & Services:

  • Children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Only registered disability assistance dogs are allowed in the gardens.
  • Bicycles, tricycles, roller skates, skateboards, micro-scooters, balance bikes, and other vehicles (except powered wheelchairs) must be left at the gate.
  • To protect the lawns ball games and sports are not permitted.
  • No food or drinks are allowed in the galleries.
  • The narrow Treetop Walkway is not suitable for mobility scooters and pushchairs.
  • Manual wheelchairs are welcome in the galleries, please leave buggies in the buggy park provided.
  • The venue is wheelchair accessible.
  • You can carry a camera and take pictures.
  • Kew Gardens has 50 wifi spot zones.
  • There is a concession on the ticket prices for visitors with disabilities, and senior citizens over 65 years, as well as people with pension benefits.
  • Carry an ID if you have booked a Kew Garden concession ticket.
  • Kindly verify the availability of certain areas before making your booking to account for any potential closures.

How To Use

  • An E-Ticket will be provided to you on your Email ID after your Booking. You are required to carry  the E-Ticket at the entrance to gain entry at ( name of attraction)
