Insider Tips

Arrive for Opening: Everyone passes a bag search before the ticket check, so have your mobile ticket ready and the pushchair folded. Head straight for the ride you want most; queues build from late morning.
Use the Hill Train: The entrance sits at the top of a hill with the park below. The Hill Train links the two but pauses during the day and stops before closing, so catch it early or plan the climb back.
Pack a Picnic: Your own food and drink are allowed in, with no glass. Water bottles can be refilled at the restaurants and at the fountains outside most toilet blocks.
Leave Miniland for Mid-Afternoon: It is quietest after 2:30pm once younger children start heading home. Shop before closing time, because the main LEGO store queue at the end of the day is the longest in the park.
Measure Up First: Most rides have minimum heights from 90cm and staff measure at the queue entrance. Check the ride restriction guide before you join a queue.

Entry & Services:

Children under 90cm enter for free.
Children under 14 must be accompanied and supervised in the park by an adult aged 18 or over.
Parking is paid and not included. The general car park is opposite the main entrance and can be pre-booked online; the priority car park next to the entrance stops admitting cars at 12pm.
