Rules:

A legal guardian must accompany riders under 18 on the appointment date.
Please wear comfortable athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes. Skirts, dresses, flip-flops, and any loose footwear are not allowed. It is recommended to tie up your hair and avoid wearing large accessories such as earrings, bracelets, etc.
For the Jebel Jais Via Ferrata, please wear sturdy trainers or running shoes with good grip.
The candidate should not be under the influence of narcotics, spirits, or any other substances that impair judgment.

Entry and Services:

Weight requirements (kg): 40 – 120 kg and Height requirements a minimum of 122 cm.
Please carry valid ID proof/Passport along with you. This is required during the activity for verification purposes.
Small lockers will be provided to store personal items such as handbags, wallets, keys, and mobile phones.
Please arrive 30 minutes before the time slot booked to ensure a smooth start to the activity.
