What are your opening hours?
Australia Zoo is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Some of our gorgeous animals go to bed at 4:30 pm

Is Australia Zoo open on public holidays?
Australia Zoo is open 364 days a year. We close on Christmas Day – 25th December.

Can I bring my own food and beverage into Australia Zoo?
Guests are welcome to bring their food into the Zoo. Please refrain from bringing glass, alcoholic beverages, or plastic straws.

Can I bring balls, drones or other flying or throwing objects to the Zoo?
For the safety of our animals and guests, we prohibit the use of flying and throwing objects within the Zoo grounds. This includes drones, balloons, kites, balls, and frisbees.

Is the Zoo wheelchair accessible?
The Zoo is fully wheelchair accessible, including a lift and ramp to our Crikey Cafe and wheelchair viewing of the Crocoseum.

Parking at Australia Zoo is free, with hundreds of car parks to cater to large numbers of visitors.
