  • Redeem Your Pass by 6 PM: The admission pass must be redeemed at the venue by 6:00 PM, so plan your arrival with enough time before then to avoid being turned away at the counter.
  • Arrive Right at Opening: Queues build fast once the park fills up, especially on weekends and holidays. Arriving as the gates open gets you on the headline rides before the wait stretches past an hour.

  • Can I buy Lotte World tickets at the gate, or should I book in advance?

    Booking in advance gives an open-dated ticket that is valid any day, so there is no need to queue at the ticket counter to buy one on arrival.

  • Is Lotte World a half-day or a full-day visit?

    Most visits take up the better part of a day, since the park spans both an indoor dome and an outdoor area. A rushed half-day visit usually means missing one side of the park.
