All guests must wear appropriate swimwear (no jeans, long pants, or clothing with zippers, buckles, or metal parts on slides).
An adult must accompany children under 13.
Height, weight, and health restrictions apply to certain rides for safety reasons.
Running, diving, or rough play is not allowed in pools and ride areas.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted, except for baby food and special dietary needs.
Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the park.
Guests must follow lifeguard and staff instructions at all times.
Personal items (phones, cameras, loose jewelry) are not allowed on most rides.
Proper use of life jackets and ride equipment is required where provided.
The park may close rides or attractions temporarily for weather or maintenance.

WhiteWater World is open throughout the warmer seasons and closed for the cooler months. Keep an eye out, as it is likely to be September.

Entry and Services:

Free for children aged 0–2.
Any video or photographic devices, such as GoPros, digital cameras, mobile phones, etc, are not permitted on WhiteWater World slides (exceptions may apply for approved media filming).
Additional rider restrictions may apply.
Guests with medical conditions or disabilities are encouraged to view the park’s disability guide.

What to Wear:

Proper swimwear such as swimsuits, bikinis, boardshorts, or rash vests.
Rash shirts or UV protective tops for sun safety.
Swim nappies for toddlers and infants.
Barefoot or water shoes allowed, but not on slides.
No denim, cotton, zippers, buckles, or metal parts on clothing.
