- No boat license is required however, A valid photo ID is required by coast guard when checking in
- Shoes are not permitted on HERO boats
- Children must be 6 years and accompanied by an adult 90-minute / 60-minute guided adventure along Dubai’s coastline.

- HERO Captains must be 18 years of age to drive and passengers must be 6 years and above.
