Entry & Services:

Free entry for children under 3 years of age. Whereas, an adult must accompany children under 16 to enter.
London Zoo premises do not allow dogs.
There are no facilities to store luggage.
The use of bicycles, scooters, rollerskates, rollerblades, and skateboards is prohibited within the Zoo.
The last entry is allowed up to one hour before the advertised closing time.
Wheelchairs are available. It would help if you rent a wheelchair at the venue.
Outside food and beverages are allowed.
Parking facilities are available.
If you have a London Pass, you do not need to buy a ZSL London Ticket.
Visitors who are buying concession tickets must carry their required ID.
People with disabilities can opt for children's tickets. A caregiver can accompany the visitor for free.
