Check the Encounter Schedule at Entry

Many visitors mention they missed sloth or reptile interactions because they didn’t know timings vary. Ask staff at the entrance for the day’s schedule so you can plan your route around feedings and meet-and-greets.

Start at the Canopy Level

The rainforest is designed top-down. Take the elevator to the highest level first and walk downward. Visitors say this makes the layout clearer and helps you see more wildlife activity.

Utilize Free Parking with Minimum Spend

You can avail up to 4 hours of free parking at the underground City Walk mall parking with a minimum spend of AED 100 at The Green Planet. Ensure to validate your parking ticket before exiting.

Rules:

Smoking is not allowed inside the park.
Disable the flash when taking pictures.
Ensure that you wear respectful attire to the venue.
Refrain from touching, feeding, or disturbing the plants and animals without permission.
Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue.

The venue is fully wheelchair friendly.
Visitors spending a minimum of AED 100 at The Green Planet get four hours of free parking at City Walk Mall. Additional hours cost AED 20 each.
