No prior scuba diving experience necessary.
Participants must be able to swim.
Provide a valid ID during check-in.
Parent/guardian consent for minors; must be present.
Adhere to specific terms for each experience.
Strict prohibition on booking resale.
No refund for misconduct or failure to follow instructions.
Confident swimming skills are a prerequisite for all experiences.
Avoid alcohol or non-prescription drugs 24 hours before diving.
Complete the Deep Dive Dubai liability release and medical form at the attraction.
Medical approval required for individuals with health issues.
Arrive at least 15 minutes before your experience starts.
Persons over 50 are recommended to seek a doctor's approval.
Outside equipment is not permitted; allowed items listed include mask, breathing regulator, gauges, fins, and cameras.
Forbidden items include diving cylinders, buoyancy compensators (BCs), wet/dry suits, and diving booties.
Wait 18-24 hours before ascending higher than 300 meters/1000 feet after any dive.
Bring swimwear and slippers.

Child Policy

Infants (0-10 years) are not allowed on this tour.
Children (10-18 years) are considered and charged as adults.
