Insider Tips

Park at the Right Entrance: Set your GPS to Lost World Car Park, not the main gate, or you will loop back out to find parking. Wait for the free shuttle instead of walking in.
Pack Light for the Bag Check: Bags are searched at the gate and outside food, drinks and water bottles are turned away. Leave them in the car, since the only option inside is a paid locker.
Photograph Your Locker Ticket: The locker receipt sticks to your wristband and peels off easily. A quick photo saves you paying for a second locker if it comes loose.
Book the Night Park Separately: The Hot Springs Night Park runs after 6pm on its own ticket, not included with the day pass. Buy both in advance for a full day to night visit.
Budget Extra for Animal Feeding: Feeding the petting zoo animals and hippos is a highlight but costs extra on top of entry. Keep some cash ready if the kids want to join in.

Know Before You Go

Entry & Services:

Guests must put on the purchased wristband at the ticketing counter before entry and must wear it at all times while in the park.
Purchased wristbands are only good for one entry.
Guests are not permitted to transfer their wristbands and are not permitted to re-enter the park once they have left.
Under no circumstances will park tickets/wristbands be refunded.
Guests must follow all safety rules and regulations posted at each attraction/ride, as well as any other directions issued by the Company regarding the use of the relevant facilities/equipment.
Some rides have minimum height requirements.
Certain facilities may be inaccessible to people with certain medical conditions.
The Management is not liable for any loss or damage to a guest's belongings.
Lockers are available for rent in the park for the convenience of customers and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Tube rentals are first come, first served. Tubes are the property of the Lost World of Tambun and must not be removed from their designated locations.
Snorkels, masks, flippers, and other large outside flotation devices are not permitted in the pools. In the park, pets, weapons, glass objects, and/or sharp objects are strictly prohibited.
Management is unable to make announcements to guests over the public address system.
Please plan a meeting time and location before entering the park. At any time, the Company reserves the right to refuse entry or evict anyone from the park.
Without prior notice, the Management reserves the right to change the operating hours, close any part of the park, limit the number of visitors, or cancel or amend any activity.
The Management reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions as needed.
All visitors agree that their admission to the park and use of the facilities and equipment at Lost World of Tambun are entirely at their own risk.
The admission ticket grants access to ALL parks, including all rides, activities, and attractions. Pay-per-ride activities are not eligible.
Pay-per-ride, tube, and locker rentals are charged separately and are not included in the entrance tickets.

Getting There:

Lost World of Tambun is in Ipoh, Perak, about 200km north of Kuala Lumpur, roughly a 2 to 2.5 hour drive on the North-South Expressway.
Set your GPS to Lost World Car Park rather than the main gate, then take the free shuttle to the entrance.

What is included in the Lost World of Tambun ticket?

Your admission ticket covers both the amusement park rides and the water park, including the slides and wave pool. The Hot Springs Night Park, open after 6pm, is sold as a separate ticket. Animal feeding experiences and lockers cost extra, paid at the park.
Is the ticket price the same for everyone?

No. Malaysian citizens get a discounted MyKad rate at the gate and online, while non-Malaysian visitors pay the standard walk-in rate shown above. Select the correct citizenship option when you book so your ID matches your ticket at the gate.
