Arrive on time, not just early: Entry opens right at your booked session time, so getting there beforehand only helps you finish check-in and the waiver.

FAQs

Can I drop off my children in the park?

Children aged 12 and below are not permitted in the park without a paying parent or guardian present. The accompanying parent or guardian must be at least 18 years old and hold their own entry ticket.
Can I wear shoes or regular socks at SuperPark?

Only grip socks, socks with a rubber layer underneath, are permitted in SuperPark, and they are available for purchase on site. Regular shoes may be worn for the Clip n’ Climb activity.
