- Unless otherwise permitted by the Hong Kong Observation Wheel (HKOW), drone flying for any use is strictly prohibited in the Premises.
- The dress code for the Hong Kong Observation Wheel is casual; the operator reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed to be dressed inappropriately.
- Please note that special arrangements will be made in cases of inclement weather in the interest of public safety.
- Management reserves the right to restrict entry at its discretion.
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, except service animals with valid identification.
- Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show, is strictly prohibited.
