  • The dress code for the Hong Kong Observation Wheel is casual; the operator reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed to be dressed inappropriately.
  • Please note that special arrangements will be made in cases of inclement weather in the interest of public safety.
  • Management reserves the right to restrict entry at its discretion.
  • Pets are not allowed inside the venue, except service animals with valid identification.
