Rules:

Smoking is prohibited at the terminals and cabins under the "Tung Chung Cable Car Bylaw" for safety and environmental protection.
Only water can be consumed in the cabin.
No pets or livestock are allowed on Ngong Ping 360, except for guide dogs and recognized therapy dogs.
Luggage over 48cm x 34cm x 23cm or 4kg is not allowed onboard.
Follow staff instructions at all times.
Food or Drink consumption inside cabins is prohibited.
Photography permitted but avoid obstructing others.

Know Before You Go

Entry & Services:

Children under 12 years must be accompanied by adults aged 15 years and above.
Motion 360 is only suitable for people 3 years and above, more than 100cm tall, and weigh less than 110kg.
Crystal+ Cabin guests departing from Ngong Ping must reserve at least 45 minutes before boarding. Redeem tickets at Tung Chung Terminal.
Check the official website for the daily operating hours before your visit.
Disabled guests can seek assistance at Guest Services for access to the ticketing office via the Mei Tung Street elevator.
Left luggage service is available at Tung Chung Terminal and Ngong Ping Village for HK$100 per item. Pick up by closing time.
Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal has two disabled parking spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Ngong Ping 360 offers six disabled washrooms at Tung Chung and Ngong Ping Cable Car Terminals, as well as at Village Square, Country Market, and the First Aid Room in Ngong Ping Village.
Ngong Ping 360 provides accessibility for wheelchair users. Wheelchair-accessible entrances are available at both Tung Chung and Ngong Ping Cable Car Terminals. The cable car features cabins with space for wheelchairs, and assistance is available upon request.

FAQs

What are the Ngong Ping 360 opening hours?

The Ngong Ping Cable Car operates from 10 AM to 6 PM, with hours varying during festive seasons. Check the website for updates. Service is suspended on maintenance days, but Ngong Ping Village stays open.
Can children travel on cable cars unaccompained?

According to the “Tung Chung Cable Car Bylaw,” children under 12 must be accompanied by a person aged 15 or above to travel on the cable cars.
How much time should i plan to spend there?

You can easily spend a fun-filled and enriching day at Ngong Ping 360. We recommend at least three to four hours to explore the Village and have lunch or refreshments.
Can i drive to Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal? Are there any parking facilities?

Yes. Guests who would like to drive to Tung Chung could park their cars at the Citygate Outlet car park. Please note that the car park at Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal is reserved for pick-up and drop-off services of coaches only.

A maximum of 17 guests can be accommodated, including 10 seated and 7 standing. Each child, regardless of their age, is counted as one person.
