Arrive early to catch animal feedings:

Morning slots (10-11 AM) are quieter and include up-close moments with sloths, birds, and reptiles before the peak visitor flow.

Ask staff about the free guided talks, they aren’t always listed:

Wear layers as the temperature inside mimics a real rainforest:

While it’s hot and humid inside, the walk to/from the venue is often AC-chilled or outdoors. Dressing in layers helps you stay comfortable throughout.

Rules:

Smoking is not allowed inside the park.
Disable the flash when taking pictures.
Ensure that you wear respectful attire to the venue.
Refrain from touching, feeding, or disturbing the plants and animals without permission.
Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue.

The venue is fully wheelchair friendly.
Visitors spending a minimum of AED 100 at The Green Planet get four hours of free parking at City Walk Mall. Additional hours cost AED 20 each.
