Closure:

  • Jul 15, 2024 - 2027: The sea lion and penguin habitats will be closed for a major revamp.
  • Visitors can enjoy the Splash Safari Presentation, held daily at 10:30 am and 5:00 pm in Shaw Foundation Amphitheatre.
  • May 13 - 27: Singapore Zoo will stay open during upgrades, but orangutans won’t appear in the Breakfast in the Wild experience.

Entry & Services: 

  • Please note that children under 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
  • For questions or help, ask any Guest Relations Officer in the park.
  • POSB and UOB ATMs are at the main entrance, near Membership & Experiences Centre.
  • Lost items? Visit the Singapore Zoo Rental Services Counter for help.
  • Nursing rooms are at KidzWorld, Reptile Garden, and the main entrance.
  • Diaper changing facilities are at multiple locations, including KidzWorld and Ah Meng Restaurant.
  • Rent strollers, wagons, and use complimentary wheelchairs at the park entrance.
  • First aid stations are at the main entrance and KidzWorld for unwell visitors.
  • Use rental lockers at River Wonders Entrance Plaza for belongings.
  • Buy ponchos and umbrellas at gift shops if it rains.

By Bus/MRT:

  • Take the MRT to any station, then transfer to a connecting bus to Mandai Wildlife Reserve.
  • Mandai City Express (Big Bus Tours) operates Thursday–Sunday with citywide pickup points for a direct ride to Mandai Wildlife Reserve.

By Shuttle:

  • Mandai Khatib Shuttle runs every 15 minutes (20 minutes from 11:00 pm–12:00 am). 20-minute ride from Khatib MRT (NS14).

By Car:

  • Use Grab, Gojek, TADA, or Ryde to book a ride to/from Mandai Wildlife Reserve.
  • Hail a taxi or book through local taxi services for direct access.

    Yes, Picnic areas are available for guests to sit and relax; including Pavilion by the Lake, Garden with A View and Picnic Area (located near Rainforest Walk)

  • Is there an age limit to visit the Singapore Zoo?

    No. There is no age limit for visitors visiting the Singapore Zoo.

  • Can I bring my pet?

    No. The Singapore Zoo only allows assistance or guide dogs.
