Insider Tips

Check Height Requirements First: If you are booking for a young child, confirm they meet the minimum age and height for the flight simulator before you buy, since tickets cannot be refunded once purchased.
Reserve a Time Slot: Book your entry time online in advance and arrive about 15 minutes early; without a reservation you can face a longer wait or a later slot than you wanted.
Bring a Charged Phone: The two shows play in Dutch with on-screen subtitles, so download the venue’s free translation app beforehand if you would rather follow along in your own language.
The Photo Is Optional: A picture is taken near the start of the queue, but buying the printed copy afterwards is not required, so feel free to decline if you would rather save the cost.

Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be replaced if lost or altered.
Children under 4 years old or below 100 cm cannot participate in the Flight Experience.
