Cancellation Policy:

Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.

Rules:

Both men and women are required to cover their knees and shoulders.
Avoid wearing revealing or transparent garments, beachwear, or clingy attire.
As of March 1, 2024, the Visitor Center no longer provides scarves for guests not adhering to the dress code.
Non-commercial photography is allowed in most areas; however, always seek permission before photographing individuals.
Observe and respect any signage indicating no-photography zones.
Eating or drinking is not permitted in the Great Hall or exhibition rooms.
Keep phones in silent mode to maintain a peaceful environment.
Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
Pets are not permitted on palace grounds.
There are no cloakrooms or locker facilities available on the Palace grounds. Visitors are encouraged to leave their excess belongings at home or in their vehicles.
There is no Wi-Fi available throughout the Palace grounds.

Entry & Services:

Qasr Al Watan Palace's opening hours can vary from time to time. Please keep an eye on the website for recent updates.
A valid government-issued ID matching the name listed in the booking should be provided to gain entry into Qasr Al Watan.
There are prayer rooms available for both men and women at the Visitor Centre and Zayed Gate.
You can buy food and beverages from Legma, which is nearby to the Palace exit and Visitor's Centre exit.
The Qasr Al Watan is wheelchair accessible and allows a complimentary pass of one.
There are several restrooms available throughout the Visitor Centre, Ceremonial Gate and the Palace.
A First Aid room is located inside the Palace.
A designated smoking area is located outside the Visitor Centre.

Is there a dress code at Qasr Al Watan?

As a courtesy to other guests and by local customs, we kindly request all visitors to wear respectful clothing while in the Palace. We recommend that both knees and shoulders be covered.
Is there a valet parking available?
Yes, valet parking is available at the Visitor Centre car park for AED 35.

Are there prayers facilities at the site?

Prayer Rooms in both Visitor Center and Zayed gate are open for guests during the operational hours.
Is photography allowed in Qasr Al Watan?

Can I purchase food and drink during my visit?

Food and beverages are available for purchase at Diyafa, located at both the Palace and Visitor Center exits. Please note, that consumption is permitted only in designated restaurant areas and the gardens; eating or drinking is prohibited in the Great Hall and exhibition rooms.
