  • By Train: get off at Amsterdam Central Station. Amsterdam Central Station is a ten-minute walk from Madame Tussauds. You walk in front of the station on the Damrak to the Dam. On Dam square, you will find Madame Tussauds between the Kalverstraat and the Rokin.
  • By Car: You can also travel to Madame Tussauds by car. There are various different car parks nearby, including the Bijenkorf car park. The Bijenkorf car park is just a five-minute walk from Madame Tussauds.
  • By Tube: If you come by tube, take it to the south and get off at Rokin with the exit Dam.

  • Can I bring baggage with me or leave this behind somewhere?

    You can surely bring your luggage with you while moving inside the museum. Unluckily, no space in the museum for the safe storage of belongings. They can be safely stored at Amsterdam's Central Station.  

     

  • Can I bring a pet with me?

    No, it is not allowed to bring any pet with you. 

  • Can I bring a child's pram into museum premises?

    Yes, you can bring a pram to carry your child safely and comfortably to move on ramps available inside the museum. Although, museum staff do not facilitate for the storage of prams but the assistance to carry the pram will surely be provided by staff. 

     

  • Is it possible to avoid elevators on entrance and take the stairs?

    Yes, if someone doesn't want to use elevators then he can ask the admin staff to guide him to stairs for entering the museum but it takes some time for the staff member to guide you towards stairs. 

     

  • Can I touch the figures?

    Yes, you can touch the world's famous characters and historical personalities.
