What has re-opened at Marina Bay Sands?

The Hotel, ArtScience Museum, Casino, Sands SkyPark, The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, Sands Expo & Convention Centre, restaurants and attractions, including Digital Light Canvas and Sampan Rides, have resumed operations.
What other entry requirements should I take note of?

Besides the mandatory SafeEntry check-in system, guests will need to undergo temperature checks. Any individual – whether they are visitors, staff, tenants or suppliers – will be declined entry if they display a temperature of 38 degrees Celsius and above.

All guests are requested to follow government guidelines and advice relating to safe distancing, personal hygiene, wearing of masks, and staying home if they are unwell.
Why can't I book tickets a month in advance?

Tickets are only for sale on a monthly basis.
Are there new hygiene and safety measures in place at ArtScience Museum?
- Safe Entry: Temperature screening and mandatory digital check-in via the Government’s SafeEntry system for contact tracing purposes.
- Reduced capacity: While the Museum’s Box Office will reopen, we advise guests to pre-purchase tickets online prior to their visit, due to limits in venue capacity and timed entry to exhibitions. Each guest is limited to 5 tickets per purchase. Guided tours and programmes will remain suspended.
- Safe distancing: Safe Distancing Ambassadors are deployed to look out for groups of more than 5 visitors and remind them of safe distancing guidelines.
- Enhanced hygiene protocol: Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfection of common spaces, high touch surfaces, such as counters and kiosks, as well as equipment. Hand sanitisers are placed in common areas and at all artworks.
- Programmes: All education activities and programmes will continue to be available online at our ArtScience at Home webpages.
Can I bring tripod?

Kindly note that the use of tripod, selfie sticks, flash photography is prohibited, unless otherwise stated.

If I missed the specified timing on my tickets, can I visit exhibition at a different time?

Admission timings to exhibitions are strictly observed. Late arrival may result in non-admittance, and visitors may only enter the exhibition at the next available time slot, subject to the Museum’s discretion.
