- Eating or drinking is not permitted in the Great Hall or exhibition rooms.
- Keep phones in silent mode to maintain a peaceful environment.
- Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
- Pets are not permitted on palace grounds.
- There are no cloakrooms or locker facilities available on the Palace grounds. Visitors are encouraged to leave their excess belongings at home or in their vehicles.

- You can buy food and beverages from Legma, which is nearby to the Palace exit and Visitor's Centre exit.
- The Qasr Al Watan is wheelchair accessible and allows a complimentary pass of one.
- There are several restrooms available throughout the Visitor Centre, Ceremonial Gate and the Palace.
- A First Aid room is located inside the Palace.
- A designated smoking area is located outside the Visitor Centre.

As a courtesy to other guests and by local customs, we kindly request all visitors to wear respectful clothing while in the Palace. We recommend that both knees and shoulders be covered.
