Entry & Services:

  • Purchase tickets in advance through the official Toronto Zoo website. The Zoo warns that tickets from unauthorized sellers may not be honoured.
  • Current hours are generally 9:30 AM–6:00 PM on weekdays and 9:30 AM–7:00 PM on weekends and holidays. Last admission is one hour before closing.
  • Accessible parking, wheelchair-accessible pavilions, ramps, accessible washrooms, and complimentary wheelchairs are available.
  • Restrooms, drinking fountains, first-aid facilities, family services, gift shops, and rental services are available around the Zoo.

How To Use

  • Purchase your ticket online or through an authorized seller before your visit.
  • Select your preferred visit date if a reservation is required.
  • Save your digital ticket on your mobile device or bring a printed copy.
  • Present your ticket barcode at the park entrance for scanning.
  • Keep your ticket available throughout your visit for re-entry or add-on experiences.

By Public Transportation:

  • TTC 86A: Take the subway to Kennedy Station, then take the 86A Scarborough bus directly to the Toronto Zoo.
  • TTC 85: Take the 85 Sheppard East bus from Don Mills Station or Rouge Hill GO Station; seasonal service operates directly to the Zoo.

  • On-site parking is available at the Zoo for CA$20 per vehicle.
