Is there a cloakroom or locker room to leave your belongings?

No luggage, scooters, or motorcycle helmets are allowed inside the Conciergerie, and advance arrangements for storage are recommended.
I have a stroller, is this a problem?

Bringing a stroller is not a problem, but access to the monument is only via stairs, so a baby carrier is a practical alternative.
Are there many steps on the tour route?

Entry to the Conciergerie involves 14 steps down and 20 steps up, with an access ramp available, and the Revolutionary route has 15 steps up and 15 steps down. Seats are available along the tour.
