Timing: Last admission is 30 minutes before closing, and once inside you can’t step out and back in on a same-day ticket, so plan to stay for your full visit.
Best view: Go after dark or early in the morning for the clearest photos; midday glare and cloudy or rainy skies noticeably reduce visibility.
Fewer crowds: A weekday visit tends to mean a shorter wait and more room at the windows than a weekend sunset slot.
Food: The only food or drink allowed inside is from the 58th floor cafe, and it can only be eaten on that floor, so plan any meal or coffee before heading further up.

Rules:

You can eat and drink only purchases from the 58th-floor cafe restaurant named GARDEN 300, and only on the 58th floor. You cannot eat or drink on the 59th or 60th floors.
There is no Internet (Wi-Fi) environment in the observatory.
There is a smoking area on the 58th floor.

Can food or drinks be brought into Harukas 300?

Harukas 300 restricts eating and drinking to purchases from the 58th floor cafe, and only on that floor. Outside food and drink are not permitted on the observation floors.
