General Admission guests should arrive at their selected time slot. VIP ticket holders can arrive at any time on their selected admission date.
RiseNY is open daily from 10:00 AM, with hours varying by day and season. Final entry is generally 1 hour before closing.
Allow approximately 60–90 minutes for the complete RiseNY experience.
The ride area is wheelchair accessible. Guests must be able to remain independently seated upright and properly use the provided seatbelt to participate in the ride.
