Smoking is not permitted inside the Melbourne Skydeck, including the observation deck, The Edge, and the Voyager Theatre.
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the Skydeck. A café is available for refreshments before or after the visit.
Large bags and backpacks should be stored in designated areas. Small bags are allowed but should be kept close. Professional cameras and drones require prior approval from management.
Visitors should maintain a respectful environment by avoiding loud noises, running, or disruptive behavior on the observation deck.
The Skydeck operates in all weather conditions, though visibility may be affected during extreme weather. It’s recommended to check the weather forecast before visiting.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, particularly near the glass edges of the observation deck.
