- Personal pets are not allowed in the park.
- Bicycles, scooters, and other riding vehicles are not permitted.
- The park is an open ecological farm for animals and plants. Please do not pick flowers, catch insects, or feed the animals.
- Picnicking, barbecuing, camping, and the use of tents or drones are not allowed.
- Do not bring dangerous items such as knives, glassware, chemicals, toxic or flammable materials.
- Please help protect the natural ecology and environment of the park.
- The park has many stairs and slopes. Please wear comfortable walking shoes.
- In summer, bring extra clothes, sunscreen, and mosquito repellent.
- During the rainy season, bring your own umbrella or raincoat.
- The Bird Ecological Park and Swan Lake are home to many geese and ducks. Binoculars are recommended for better viewing.

- Storage areas are available at the venue. Please contact staff on site for rates
- Visitors are not allowed to feed the animals without permission from the staff
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
- Wild cooking, barbecuing, camping, and picnicking are prohibited within the park.
- The park is an open-style ecological farm with plants and animals. Please do not pick or break flowers and plants while visiting.
- The park covers a large area, and the environment is designed with many stairs, walkways, and relatively steep slopes. We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes when visiting the park.
- When visiting the park in summer, visitors are advised to bring extra clothes to change and prepare sunscreen, sun protection, and mosquito repellent.
- Please bring your own umbrellas, raincoats, and other rain gear when entering the park during the plum rain season.
- The park's bird ecological area and Swan Lake are rich in goose and duck species. We recommend bringing binoculars for a closer and more detailed observation.
- This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible.

- From Zhudong Station, take bus 5609, 5610, 5626, or 5627 to the Green World stop.
- From Hsinchu HSR Station, take bus 5700 (about 35–40 minutes).
