No eating, drinking, or smoking inside gondolas to protect the rainforest environment.
Remain seated while the gondola is moving; doors must stay closed until staff assist you at stations.
Children must be supervised at all times, especially on boardwalks and lookouts.
Large luggage and prams cannot be taken into gondolas but can be stored securely at the terminal.
No pets allowed, except certified assistance animals.
Follow staff instructions at boarding, mid-stations, and terminals for safety.
Weather conditions may cause changes or delays; Skyrail operates in most weather, but services may pause in extreme conditions.
Photography is encouraged, but drones are not permitted for safety and environmental reasons.

From Cairns Airport:

It’s around a 15–20 minute drive from Cairns Airport to the Smithfield Terminal by taxi, rideshare, or rental car.
