Rules:

  • Lone Pine is an outdoor experience, so we recommend dressing appropriately for the weather. Bring an umbrella or raincoat during wet conditions.
  • Due to the natural terrain, some paths may be sloped, unpaved, or uneven. We advise wearing sturdy, comfortable walking shoes for safety.
  • Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue.
  • Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification.
  • Enclosed shoes are highly recommended to wear.
  • Please don't wear high heels.

  • Participants must be aged 3+ to participate in this activity for Nocturnal Tour.
  • Children aged 3-13 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
  • Nocturnal Tour activity requires a minimum of 6 participants. If the minimum is not met, you can book an alternative date or request a full refund.
  • Visitors are not allowed to feed the animals without permission from the staff.
  • This activity is wheelchair-accessible.
  • Participants using wheelchairs/mobility equipment should be accompanied.
  • This activity is not stroller-friendly.
  • Nocturnal Tours will still go ahead in wet weather conditions, so please check the weather forecast and plan accordingly by bringing a raincoat and/or umbrella and appropriate footwear.
  • If a tour is canceled due to a severe weather event that could impact on guest safety, guests will be notified, and a refund will be issued.
  • The Nocturnal tour ticket is for the guided tour only and it does not permit daytime admission to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary.
  • Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given.
