Do not touch artefacts or paintings; oils from hands can cause damage.
For safety, do not lean on showcases or run in the museum.
Students should only use pencils in the galleries.
Food and drinks are not allowed in the galleries to keep them clean.
Avoid bringing large bags or trolleys into the galleries.
Photography without flash and videography are allowed in the galleries.
Commercial use of images of the museum or its collection requires permission from ACM.

Know Before You Go

Entry & Services:

Allows wheelchair and stroller access.
Bicycle racks are located outside the museum, near the outdoor seating facing Victoria Concert Hall.
Lockers and a mobile charging station are on Level 1, behind the lobby.
All galleries are accessible by lifts.
Magnifying glasses are available to borrow at the Front Desk with a photo ID.
A family-friendly washroom, baby changing station, and nursing room with hot water dispenser are in the basement.
Three wheelchair-friendly washrooms are available.
Children must be accompanied by adults at all times.

You can present your ticket as either a printed copy or a mobile e-ticket, whichever is more convenient for you.

You can find public parking at the basement car park of the New Parliament House, as well as at Six Battery Road and One Fullerton, located opposite the Fullerton Hotel.
