Entry & Services:

Children under thirteen years of age are not admitted without a parent or guardian.
Visitors are required to enjoy the exhibits barefoot. Some installations include water features, so socks and tights can be stored in the provided locker room.
The last admission is permitted one hour before closing. Please check the official website for daily opening hours prior to your visit.
This ticket is valid exclusively for teamLab Planets in Toyosu and cannot be used at teamLab Borderless in Odaiba or any other teamLab locations.
The premises are wheelchair accessible.
Re-entry is not permitted.
Free lockers are provided.
