Access to the Serapeum is currently suspended.
Bringing camping backpacks, bulky bags, and suitcases/trolleys inside the monument is strictly prohibited.
It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing suitable for the visiting season and to choose comfortable footwear.
The Plastic of the Villa is limited to a maximum of two people at a time.
Open toilets are available at the entrance, Plastic, and Canopus.
