Bags, purses, and backpacks are not allowed on the activity for safety reasons.
Any loose items must be zipped into pockets before riding the zipline.
Long hair should be held back with a hair tie or an elastic band.
The activity includes some stair climbing and hiking. Please be prepared for a light physical exertion.
No smoking, drugs, or alcohol are permitted on the activity at any time.

This activity is not stroller-and wheelchair-accessible.
Children aged 15+ will be charged the same rate as adults.
All children and seniors must be accompanied by a full-paying adult.

[Departure] meet up at Skyline Queenstown. You can choose to depart at the following times: 10:00, 14:20. Make sure you take part at the time you selected at booking. Meet up at the Ziptrek treehouse (100m from the upper Skyline gondola terminal). Please arrive at the location 15 minutes before the departure time. Latecomers or no-shows can’t be refunded.
[Attraction/experience] 1 hour(s), Guided tour, Daytime Kereru 2-Line + Drop, Fly through treetops on two breathtaking ziplines and enjoy a 21-meter drop.
[Return] to Skyline Queenstown. You can choose to return at the following times: 11:00, 15:20. Options available can vary based on the departure time you selected at booking and the duration of the itinerary. Return to Ziptrek Treehouse.

How long is the tour?
Whether you are short on time or have all afternoon to hang out, there is a tour to suit everyone.
- Our Kea 6-Line tour is 2.5 to 3 hours in length. Our Moa 4-Line tour takes between 1.5 and 2 hours.
- If you’re short on time, our Kereru 2-Line + Drop and Kereru Interactive tours take only 45 mins to 1 hour.
- Check in at the Ziptrek Treehouse at least 15 minutes before departure. Allow 40-60 minutes to travel by gondola from the base to the Ziptrek Treehouse.
Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, booking is recommended, especially during peak seasons, to secure your preferred time and tour.
Is this tour suitable for childrens?

Absolutely! Ziptrek is a great family-friendly activity option.
Those aged 6+ years are able to participate in a Ziptrek tour. Plus, we offer discounted pricing for Youth aged 6-14 years! Youth (6-14 years) must be accompanied on tour by a parent or guardian.
What should I wear?

Wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing. Layers are ideal as Queenstown's weather can change quickly.
Do I need to be physically fit?

Basic fitness is enough. There’s some walking between ziplines and platforms, but no extreme hiking or climbing.
