  • When the Clerigos Tower was completed in 1763, accessibility was not considered. However several measures have been introduced today:
  • A spacious elevator cabin enabling wheelchair access to the first through fourth floors of the Clerigos Museum.
  • WC for disabled people on the first floor.
  • As visits to the top of the Clerigos Tower are restricted for accessibility and safety reasons, it offers a ROOM A++ virtual experience with a live 360° view.

By Metro:

  • Take Metro Line D (Yellow Line) and get off at Aliados or São Bento station. The tower is about a 5–10 minute walk from either stop.

By Train:

  • Arrive at São Bento Railway Station if you’re coming from outside Porto. From there, walk uphill for around 7 minutes to reach the tower.

By Bus:

  • City bus routes 201, 208, 501, 601, and 602 stop close to the Torre dos Clérigos.

By Car:

  • Parking in the area is limited. Paid parking is available at Parque Cordoaria or Trindade Parking, both about 5–10 minutes away by foot.
