Insider Tips

Wear Closed-Toe Shoes: The ropes course and Extreme Bikes 360 both require closed-toe shoes. Sandals or flip-flops will keep you or your kids out of those attractions, so pack sneakers.
Arrive Near Opening: The venue gets noticeably busier as the day goes on, especially the ropes course and laser tag. Head in early for shorter waits on both.
Confirm Re-Entry at the Desk: Your ticket allows you to leave and come back the same day for most of the year, though this can be restricted during the busiest summer weeks. Ask at the counter before you step out if you plan to return later.
Do the Ropes Course and Laser Tag First: Individual stations and exhibits do occasionally go down for maintenance during the day. Hit the two headline attractions early rather than saving them for last.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors.

WonderWorks, the upside down building, is an indoor interactive amusement park for the mind. Fun for all ages! Experience over 100 interactive exhibits for all ages. Special features include the world’s largest indoor ropes challenge course, an indoor rock wall, and laser tag.
What age is best for WonderWorks?

WonderWorks suits a wide age range. A few attractions have their own requirements: the ropes course and Extreme Bikes 360 both require closed-toe shoes, and the ropes course needs a minimum height of 42 inches with an adult or 48 inches alone. Younger children can still enjoy the hands-on exhibits and 4D theater without restriction.
Where can I park?

Plenty of parking is provided at no charge in the WonderWorks Pigeon Forge parking lot in front of the building.
