Ride timing: Rides and slides often stop running before the park’s official closing time, so check individual ride hours rather than leaving everything to the last hour.
Arrive early: Lines and heat both build through the day, so getting to the gate close to opening gives you the shortest waits and the coolest hours.
Shows: Performances such as the mermaid show are ticketed separately from park admission, so plan and budget your day around that if you want to see one.
Sun cover: Much of the queueing area has little shade, so bring a hat and sunscreen for the midday heat.
Re-entry: Plan to stay for the whole day once you are inside, since re-entry is not allowed if you leave the park.
