Insider Tips

Come Before 11 or After 2: The galleries are busiest between 11am and 2pm, and weekends run fuller than weekdays. Arrive at opening or mid-afternoon for room to read the displays.
Head Straight for the Lift: Every visit starts with a staff-run lift up to the third floor, and at peak the wait for it is the longest queue in the building. Go up as soon as you arrive and save the free ground floor, the store and the Hatch Show Print shop for the way out.
Do Not Enter After 3pm: The route runs top down from the third floor to the second and ends in the Rotunda with the inductee plaques. Galleries close at 5pm sharp with announcements from 4:45, so allow at least two hours and more if you read everything.

Wheelchairs are available for borrowing at no cost, subject to availability, and on a first-come, first-served basis (Photo ID required).

How much does it cost to go to the Country Music Hall of Fame?

The price shown above is for general admission, the same self-guided access to every gallery that the museum sells at its own box office, and it is lower than the museum’s standard adult walk-up rate. Children under 5 enter free.
Do children need a ticket?

Children under 5 are admitted free. Older children need their own ticket, with ages 13 and over paying the adult rate. Visitors aged 15 and under must be accompanied by someone aged 16 or over.
Is the RCA Studio B tour included?

No. General admission covers the museum galleries only. The museum runs separate guided tours of Historic RCA Studio B and of the Hatch Show Print letterpress shop, sold as add-ons at the museum and not included in this ticket.
