Insider Tips

Visit Early or Late to Beat the Crowds: Mornings right at opening and the last hour or two before closing are quieter than midday, especially on weekends.
Check the Show Schedule: Feeding times for the penguins and sharks, and the mermaid shows, run on a set schedule and are easy to miss if you do not plan around them.
Have Your Ticket Ready at the Kiosk: Entry uses self-scan kiosks. Keep your confirmation email or QR code easy to find, and ask a staff member if a scan does not go through rather than assuming the ticket is invalid.
It Is More Compact Than You Might Expect: This is a smaller aquarium than some regional comparisons, so it suits a shorter visit rather than a full day out.

Rules:

Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue.
Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification.
Recreational devices (Drones, remote-controlled toys, or shoes with built-in wheels) are not permitted.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted at any time while in the attraction.
