Book Animal Encounters Early: Head to the entrance as soon as you arrive to reserve an animal encounter, since slots are limited and assigned on the day.

This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible.
Children (0-15 years) must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Children aged 16+ are charged at the adult rate.
Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount.
Concession tickets require a valid Australian seniors, student, or health care card. The price difference must be paid at the door if a valid card is not presented.
Photography is welcome and encouraged.
Animal encounters must be booked upon arrival and are subject to availability.
Bookings for animal encounters must be made at the entrance before the scheduled time.
Photo sessions allow up to four people per photo, depending on the chosen animal.
Hand-feeding is permitted for kangaroos and emus with designated "roo food" available at the ticket office. No other food is allowed.
Do not feed any other animals, as they require special diets.
Photos will be ready within 60 minutes and can be collected from the gift shop staff.
