Check the Match Calendar First: The dressing rooms, players’ bench and pitch-level walkway close on match days and the day before, with no discount if your visit falls on a restricted route. Confirm the fixture list before picking a date.

Budget Close to Two Hours: The self-paced route runs across multiple levels with several staircases, so allow extra time if you are visiting with young children or find stairs difficult.

Entry & Services:

On matchdays, the Bernabéu Tour is available until 5.5 hours before kick-off.
From 12:00 PM the day before a match until the tour reopens the following day, only the Museum and panoramic stadium view are available. The dressing rooms and dugouts remain closed during this period.
Access to specific areas may change without notice due to match preparations, pitch maintenance, or other stadium operations.
Tickets are offered at a reduced price due to ongoing renovations, and some areas of the tour may be temporarily unavailable.
Due to ongoing renovation works, the venue is currently not accessible to wheelchair users.
