- From Livorno Centrale (main train station): take bus 1+ from Piazza Dante toward Miramare, and alight at the Viale Italia-Terrazza Mascagni stop.
- From the Port of Livorno: you can use local buses (e.g. 8R, or bus #1 from Via Grande) — travel time ~14 minutes, fare ~€2.
- Taxis are also available — from Livorno Centrale to the aquarium takes about 7 minutes, costing approximately €10–13.
By car:
- Use your GPS to direct to Piazzale Pietro Mascagni / Spiazzo Alberto Razzauti, Livorno.
- The aquarium offers a parking area in front with about 120 spaces (including 4 free disability spots).
- Parking rates (daytime 9:00–21:00): ~€1.50 for first hour, €1.00 for additional hours.
