From the Port of Livorno: you can use local buses (e.g. 8R, or bus #1 from Via Grande) — travel time ~14 minutes, fare ~€2.
Taxis are also available — from Livorno Centrale to the aquarium takes about 7 minutes, costing approximately €10–13.

By car:

The aquarium offers a parking area in front with about 120 spaces (including 4 free disability spots).
