Insider Tips

Arrive Before Your Time Slot Starts: Each show has a fixed start time and admits one group together. Get to the entrance a few minutes early, since only a short grace period follows your slot start time and a late arrival risks missing it.
Ask for an Opt-Out Lanyard If You Would Rather Not Be Picked: Actors pull people from the group into the story throughout the tour. If you would rather stay in the background, ask a staff member at the entrance for a lanyard that signals this before the show starts.
Know the Height Rule for the Drop Ride: The free-fall Drop Dead ride has a minimum height of around 120cm. Anyone under that height takes a separate route through to the end, so you will not miss the rest of the tour.

Rules:

Minimum recommended age is 10 years; under 15s must be accompanied by an adult.
No photography or filming is allowed inside the shows.
Stay with your group during the tour; re-entry is not permitted once inside.
Follow staff instructions at all times for safety.
Some rides may have height and health restrictions (e.g., free-fall tower).
Food, drinks, and smoking are not allowed inside the attraction.
Pets are not permitted, except for service animals.
There is no luggage storage facility at the venue.
Due to darkness, special effects, and light effects, the visit might not be suitable for people with neurological diseases. Visit at your own risk.
