Casual, appropriate attire is required. Swimwear is not allowed unless covered by suitable clothing.
Shoes must be worn at all times.
Parents or guardians are responsible for their children’s behavior and safety.
External food and beverages are not permitted inside the SkyPoint Observation Deck.
Visitors must follow all safety signs and staff instructions during their visit.
SkyPoint may refuse entry to anyone they deem to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Commercial photography or filming requires prior approval.
Large bags, backpacks, and luggage are not permitted inside the Observation Deck. Smaller bags may be subject to inspection.

Food and drink can be purchased at the SkyPoint Bar and Bistro.
Photography is allowed for personal use only.
The Observation Deck is wheelchair accessible. Special assistance can be provided upon request.
SkyPoint reserves the right to change operating hours at any time.
There is a left-hand unisex accessible toilet on the Observation Deck level.
To participate in the climb, you should have a general level of fitness and be able to climb independently in all weather conditions.
The climb involves ascending and descending approximately 140 steps at a 30-degree angle to reach the summit.

You can present either a printed copy or a mobile e-ticket.
Skypoint Observation Deck Tickets are only valid during the period specified in the selected package.

Got tickets much cheaper than if I bought them at the counter on the da. The tickets were processed easily using a bar scanner. Would use this system agai.

How high is the viewing platform?

SkyPoint is situated 230m above the ground and is Australia’s only beachside observation deck. It is also home to the Gold Coast's ultimate high-altitude adventure, the SkyPoint Climb.

The lift will comfortably accommodate 15 people per flight. It is registered for 26 people.
