The museum is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The museum is closed on the Jewish holidays of Rosh Hashanah (New Year) and Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement), on the day of the German Prize for Understanding and Tolerance, and on Christmas Eve.
