  • A minimum of 15 people is required to book the tour. The tour will be canceled if the total number of travelers does not meet the minimum requirement. You will receive a notice email 3 days before the scheduled departure.
  • Please make sure to arrive at the designated location 10 minutes before the departure time, as the tour will depart punctually.
  • In the case of a small number of participants, a small passenger car may be arranged for the group.
  • The lunch menu may vary depending on the season and the arrangements made by the restaurant. Some days, Japanese set meals may be served.
  • Note that the itinerary is subject to change or may be shortened due to traffic conditions or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • The maple leaf season is from mid-October to late November, and the viewing season for hoarfrost and ice waterfalls is from late December to early March.
  • Depending on weather conditions, it may not be possible to see the "frost ice," "ice waterfall," and "maple leaves." No refunds will be provided.
  • During 2022-2023, "Ice Falls" has no public schedule.
  • If the Gozaiso Ropeway stops operating due to bad weather, the itinerary will be modified to visit Aquaignis Hot Spring Resort. As compensation, Aquaignis souvenir shopping vouchers will be distributed, and no refund will be provided.
  • The Nabana no Sato Illumination displays start about 10 minutes after sunset. The illuminations will not be canceled when there's rain. The illuminations look more beautiful, reflecting on the wet ground. 
  • Each adult can bring one child under the age of 3 for free, but no seat or meal will be provided
  • The tour guide primarily speaks Japanese but will use translation software/app for communication in other languages.

  • 4:15 - Return to Yunoyama Onsen Station.
  • 5:30 - Visit Famous Flowers to witness the impressive large-scale illuminations and the Begonia Flower Exhibition in the Begonia Garden.
  • 8:20 - Return to Umeda (return time may vary based on the illumination show schedule).
