Valet parking is available at the Visitor Center car park at a charge of AED 80. It is available from 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM, 7 days a week.
There are no cloakroom or locker facilities available on the Palace grounds. Visitors are encouraged to leave their excess belongings at home or in their vehicles.
In consideration of other visitors, mobile phones must be switched to silent.
There are prayer rooms available for both men and women at the Visitor Centre and Zayed Gate.
You can buy food and beverages from Legma, which is nearby to the Palace exit and Visitor's centre exit.
You are not allowed to consume any food or beverage in the Great Hall or exhibition areas.
There will be no refunds for the cancellation of tickets or loss of tickets.
The Qasr Al Watan is wheelchair accessible and allows a complimentary pass of one.
There is no WiFi available in the Palatial premises.
